What Clients are Saying

“…of all the people we interacted with in those first days postpartum, Sarah provided the steadiest, most comforting presence. She was one of the first and only people I came to trust, and I felt most at peace when I knew our baby was in her care. We will always be grateful.”

“…our pediatrician thought Sarah's notes and feedback from our session were outstanding and even shared them with her nurses as best practice.”

Anya, Boston, MA

“Sarah provided me help and support with breastfeeding via zoom (due to COVID) during the first two weeks after having my first son. After coming home from the hospital, we struggled with latching and pain when feeding that honestly made it the most difficult two weeks of my life. I was about to give up on breastfeeding before her consultation, and after a few zoom calls, we were able to breastfeed without pain and latching within the first few tries. Sarah’s help got me through both physically and emotionally, and I can honestly say that I’m not sure I would have gotten through without her. She was so patient and thorough, answering all of my questions while also providing sound advice/support about feeding and the first few weeks in general. I would recommend her to anyone who has a newborn and wants to try nursing- I know I’ll be utilizing her help for baby #2!”

“…we loved our visit with Sarah! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and kind. We are in a much better place in terms of feeding and sleep (already!) because of her.”

Lauren, Boston, MA

“Sarah is like if your best friend or favorite fun aunt also happened to be an expert in all things baby and boob. She helped me get my daughter to take a bottle after months (and months) of out-and-out refusal. And then she helped me with painful latch problems, and issues with supply when pumping work, night weaning, complement feeding with formula - you get the picture. She’s so nonjudgmental and genuinely excited about all things around feeding and the postpartum period that I felt like I could ask her ANYTHING. She was so welcoming and never pushed any kind of agenda, just helped me navigate the evidence and do what worked for me. I have no doubt she would help anyone meet their goals and take care of themselves and their baby, no matter who, no matter how. She’s wonderful!”

“Not only is Sarah full of knowledge about newborns and breastfeeding, she’s also so funny and cool. She made me feel calm and relaxed at a time when I was so anxious and scared with my tiny newborn. She responded to my texts day and night, letting me know that I was not in this alone and she was here for me.”

“Sarah saved my life! I was referred by a friend when I was having trouble breastfeeding in my baby’s first week. In a matter of no time, Sarah had sent me helpful videos, was on FaceTime when I needed her expertise and helped get my baby latching well. With her calm, helpful disposition, she facilitated different feeding positions, assisted me with pumping and overall made those first few weeks less miserable. I would recommend her service to any new mom breastfeeding.”

“If you are having any breastfeeding concerns or questions, hire Sarah. I worked with Sarah through feeding challenges with both of my babies and she couldn't have been more supportive. Sarah's approach is kind and non-judgemental; she makes it feel not weird to text her videos of your nipples. I would refer every sleep deprived mom to talk to her via phone, text or video to get tips and reassurance that you're doing a great job taking care of your baby.

“I recently had my second child and thought nursing would be no problem the second time around. Sadly, that was not the case. I felt defeated, not to mention in a great deal of pain. Sarah arrived and immediately I felt her compassion. She knew exactly how to shift my daughter so that she would latch correctly. Sarah’s demeanor made me feel so comfortable and my baby could sense that. It nearly felt like magic with how quickly we worked together and alleviated the pain. I feel so lucky to have met her and can’t speak highly enough of professionalism and care.”

Annie, Chicago, IL

“Sarah has been an immense help and support during my breast feeding journey. She created an open and non-judgemental space where I was able to discuss everything from the million questions I had about the breast feeding process to figuring out what my breast feeding goals were. She took the time to listen to what I wanted for myself and my baby and how to achieve those goals. As questions came up along the way she was able to help me navigate various issues as well as comfort me during the process. With Sarah’s help I’ve had a more positive breast feeding experience this time around than with my first!”

Taylor, Austin, TX

“I reached out to Sarah almost two weeks postpartum with my second child. I was in so much pain, trying to navigate breast engorgement due to an oversupply. I was having to pump multiple times a day in order to relieve the pain, and try to avoid infection. I met with Sarah via Zoom and not only was she an incredible listener - getting a full history, asking all the right questions, but she normalized my experience, taught me tricks and helped explain the mechanics and science behind my supply. She helped to formulate a plan that would both keep me comfortable and decrease my supply to the appropriate levels. Within a week of using Sarah’s approach my boobs were 100 times better and I had cut my pumping time down from 45 minutes a day (+ feedings) to 10 minutes. Sarah is so knowledgeable and evidence based - but more than that, she’s kind, funny, non judgmental and client led. I couldn’t recommend working with her more - and I will definitely be reaching back out when I decide to wean. Thank you, Sarah - my boobs and I love you and are very grateful!
