I am a lactation consultant in Los Angeles and I can help you!

I chose a career as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant because I believe that no parent can do it alone. I want to help you navigate those first few months postpartum.

I worked as an actor in Los Angeles for years before I realized that I wanted to use my empathy towards helping new parents. I realized that even the things that seem natural can have challenges. Step away from endless mixed messages on Google, I will give you a clear plan to face any challenges in those first few months postpartum.

When I am not seeing patients, I love living in California with my husband and english bulldog. I love going out to dinner, taking last minute trips up or down the coast and playing cribbage.

Sarah got her Bachelors degree at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and Masters of Science in Nursing University of Illinois, Chicago. She received her IBCLC training at UCSD and completed her clinical hours at The Pump Station, Santa Monica. She has worked in the NICU at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA and Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
